Technology Value SolutionsPrimary responsibilities include the development and format of all customer buy-out requests for customer owned equipment. Perform a detailed Market Value assessment of a customer*s computer infrastructure, using online, text, and direct broker market contacts and media. Work in conjunction with Portfolio leasing department to provide Fair Market Value assessment of a customer*s lease schedules for end of lease buy out transactions or early lease termination settlements.Interacts and works directly with sales organization to improve customer responsiveness, and meet the pricing demands of the market, while maximizing margin based on market conditionsWorks to resolve pricing and product receipt issues that impact delivery of service to the customer. Resolves any major issues in project timing and works with sales to keep the project on schedule. Maintains accuracy of a product-pricing tool, and the application of product pricing values against a product equipment list.Determine the most viable pricing source for the customer, and prepare quotation for distribution. Direct customer contact is a main part of this position, involved in negotiating logistical terms.Specified parameters, and reporting upstream to mid and upper level management. Additionally when offer ceilings require, prepare and present executive level summary reports to give concise detailed accounting of deal structure, recoveries and risk, so that Executive management can review and approve deal terms. Required to make day-to-day business decisions on small and large-scale deals.
