Un parcours professionnel atypique qui démarre par l’évènementiel et la direction artistique. Passionné de nouvelles technologies et piqué par la formation je fonde AJC diffusion pour répondre à un besoin de démultiplication interne de la formation dans le domaine bancaire en mettant à la disposition des formateurs des bagages multimédia complet pour la formation en salle. Très vite en 2002 lors du passage à l’Euro les banques changent leurs systèmes d’information et développe intègrent les premiers LMS et la formation à distance. Je suis donc tombé dedans quand j’étais petit…Aujourd’hui plus de 20 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la transformation Digital : conseil, gestion de projet formation blended-Learning, business développement, accompagnement au changement, adoption logicielle, performance utilisateur.Ma vision : Placer l’utilisateur final au centre du dispositif et non l’inverse
