During this period, my responsibilities expanded from leading the engineering efforts for the product suite to executive responsibilities that included BOD discussions, supporting sales with key customer accounts, and representing engineering during the acquisition process. Highlights:- Developed and launched products that helped our customers improve their social marketing efforts including a suite of social engagement applications, a custom server-side language for embedding applications, and social community management. - Led engineering, operations, and customer support teams across multiple US offices which eventually comprised of over 30 individuals - Worked with executive team to facilitate the sale of Involver to Oracle.

I joined Involver as one of the first software engineers working on developing a suite of web and mobile applications that would help companies connect with their audiences on social networks. Highlights:- Architected and implemented a scalable content processing and storage system for social media data that powered applications used by over 1 million customers. - Led the development of several new products including Involver's core social community management platform and first native mobile application on iOS.- Provided mentorship to new engineers both on professional growth and technical best practices on our stack (Ruby, Rails, Javascript, MySQL, AWS, etc...)

Utilized .NET framework and JavaScript libraries (JQuery, Prototype) for all development.- Engineered front-end features that drove significant (>30%) increases in return visits, searches, and report submissions per member for a 750,000 active subscriber base.- Leveraged third-party APIs to provide the sales team with a cost-effective, enterprise ad serving tool which simplified the sales process and generated $700k/yr.- Integrated third-party content management system to unify company generated content; successfully launched content sites for marketing, public relations, and publication teams.
