Develop, launch, manage, and optimize comprehensive paid social media ad campaigns with a blend of creativity and analytical decision-making. As a self-starter capable of working independently while collaborating effectively, you will strategically allocate a significant paid digital marketing budget across various channels and stages of the digital marketing funnel. Audit and optimize new and existing ad campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as budget, cash return on ad spend, specified conversion events, reach, and impressions. Oversee the e-commerce website, including product management, user experience, and marketing promotions, aiming to reduce ecommerce friction and enhance the checkout/shopping cart experience to delight consumers. Optimize and scale performance marketing campaigns by rigorously testing landing pages and audience targeting. Communicate consistently and professionally with the Marketing Manager and navigate Facebook Business Manager proficiently. Identify new opportunities to increase brand booking conversions and manage daily ad spend ranging from four to five figures. Handle the buying and selling of goods online via third-party platforms such as Shopify, maintaining website and landing page design by updating imagery and verbiage. Master all third-party Shopify apps, continuously researching, testing, and proposing new apps to enhance revenue or efficiency based on data and metrics. Create landing pages regularly, add new products to eCommerce web properties, and partner with Operations to resolve fulfillment and customer order issues while implementing preventative solutions.
