Plan, organize and coordinate all activities and deliverables of the various stakeholders for software development projects and embedded software according to a stage / gate process and Agile SCRUM methodology ;Assume the role of Product Owner for the software products and the server management solution;Coordinate the definition of new R & D software projects in the context of customer bid solicitations in collaboration with product managers;Ensure the development, management and continuous improvement of project management methodologies.Provide management and coordination of project risk assessment and mitigation activities;Ensure effective communication with the various stakeholders of the projects;Administration of JIRA and Confluence;Compute, document and publish key performance indicators (KPIs) and project dashboards;

Design solutions to achieve the performance required by customers or the market. Conduct a detailed needs analysis and select the appropriate components for ease of use by the customer.Prepare the high-level technical specifications, following the feasibility study, for the components required by the solutions;Define the criteria for accepting solutions and draft the necessary control plans;Perform the integration and adaptation of system components to meet the functionality, stability, performance and reliability requirements of the solutions;Ensure consistency of interoperability rules.Perform a detailed definition of the client's proof of concept and their acceptability criteria; Interact with internal customer support groups to resolve integration issues in developing solutions or loose products.Monitor development and testing by internal and external partners;Act as a consultant for certification and approval of the integrated system (EMI, CSA, UL, etc.).Identify opportunities to improve our design / qualification process.
