Bachelor of Production Engineering, Green Belt in Lean Six Sigmas, I am also an Electrical Technician, in addition to other professional courses in the areas of quality, mechanics, electronics and automation.I am Co-Founder of a language school (MEI), where I work in business management and my wife in pedagogical management and an English teacher.In the industry, I am a Metrology Analyst at Inbrasp, an engineering plastics industry for the automotive, agro-industrial, land and road sectors, attending IATF 16949, having as clients the companies Caio Induscar, Caterpillar, CNH Industrial, Fiat, Iveco, John Deere , Komatsu, MAN, Scania and Volvo. Sporadically I am an internal training instructor with a focus on measurement techniques.In the aerospace industry, I worked as a leader in the Receiving, Inspection and Shipping departments, with a focus on people management and the processes cited for 5 years. Before acting as a leader, I was involved in activities related to the assembly of subsets and inspection of machined parts. I was certified as an internal auditor of NBR 15100 / AS 9100.In general, I developed activities that involve everything from machined metalworking products to injected polymers and vacuum forming. Also involving surface treatment, inspection reports and certificates of conformity, use of measuring devices, GD&T, three-dimensional coordinate measurement (GEOPAK WIN, FARO CAM2 and PolyWorks Inspector), calibration of measuring devices and PPAP tools - FMEA, Plan Control and MSA.Practical experience in SAP systems, TOTVS and Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Pont, Visio and Project).
