Current• Assessment of training needs, planning, delivery and management of evaluation processes• Administration of the learning management system (LMS)• Preparation of the annual training plan to be given to company personnel• Planning Technical Trainings and controlling their realization.• Management of training cooperation and coordination processes with external resources• Designment, development and reporting of e-learning (e-learning, screen training, video training) contents• Planning, composing and implementing personal development programs.
