Managing deployments of clinical IT solutions in several Affidea countries, cooperating with local clinical and IT teams. Deliver country level normalization including new RIS & PACS system migration (changing RIS/PACS to another) in Poland for 23 clinics and architectural review in various projects around Europe.Improving and optimizing current project workflows and introducing new development and delivery methodologies. Individually responsible for the Media Markt’s inner IT project management both with the decade-long Hungarian partner and later the Swiss counterpart. Full lifecycle management of all web-related developments including application and customer experience site development projects.Transformed the planing and implementing steps into an agile form and as a result an up-to-date development unit was born within the company (usage of Kanban and SCRUM tools, introduction of specifications and planning standards and conventions).As a result, the testing system implemented reduced error frequency with more than 85%, a very initial version of PMO has been established.

Coordinating full scale work process of several unique e-commerce shops, supervision of launching, managing and developing ShopRenter rent-based e-commerce system, which meant parallel and full scale management of 7 projects for different wholesaler, and numerous other partners.This involved planning of scope of long-term communication and development processes and activities and also included organizing and delivering trainings on e-commerce systems and the support background, while also managing complete workflow. Responsible for introducing the PartnerBolt projects within ShopRenter as well. Tasks involved, besides the above described, wireframing, preparing creatives (design, logo and layout), making specifications (both formal and functional), sitebuilding, testing, error management and support, matched with the effective documentation.Personally led the mega-project of ShopRenter, a customizable rent-a-shop webshop system. This included coordination of development in general and in micro-development processes, coordination of trainings and communication of those new developments. As a result, in the first year 700 fix and 4500 trial webshops were opened in that innovative online rent-a-shop system.As a person being also responsible for retailer developments I had the chance to work on large scale webshop structures and system integration projects for example for BOSCH, CHS regional divisions besides the many Hungarian partners.Developed structure for the ShopRenter education system with a 360° view: I personally trained almost 1400 participants, developed personal training materials, webinars and youtube training videos as well.Was awarded with the Employee of the Month multiple times and received the King of Ideas title in 2012 for my major contribution to the corporate culture, work processes and sharing innovative ideas.

As a result, the Webbeteg had become one of the largest public health and medical portals of Hungary, due to the easy, user-friendly design and architecture – altogether a much better user-experience design was achieved.
