Responsible for the modernization of partner products’ and their integration. Working as Delivery manager coordinating teams utilising waterfall and kanban methodologies. Managing multiple teams involving team leaders, analysts, software architects and software developers (+25 FTEs). Organizing and planning the tasks between Products Owners and Design Authorities and conducting defect management studies with operational and test teams.Feb 2016 - Sep 2018 SOT Project (Vodafone- Team Lead):Lead and coordinated team of software architects and software developers (>10 FTEs) activities while ensuring timely delivery of project targets. Achieved the delivery of “Store on Tablet” project within 4 months while ensuring the perfect stakeholder management. Accomplished vendor management involving 3 outsourced resources.PRM (Turk Telekom – Scrum Master) Started as Sr. Java Developer of agile development team and became Scrum Master of a team of 15 FTEs just after 3 months. Mentored Agile transformation team on technical aspects as well as Know-how distribution. Determined the project KPIs and supported 2 teams to become a highly achieving project teams. Responsible for overall successful execution of Johnson Controls CRM Project.
