I was born and raised in Mexico city. I am a former restaurant owner and while I was running and managing my business, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Spanish Teaching from Chicago State University in 2010. I sold my restaurant and continued with my teaching career. While still teaching, my passion for people and business led me to obtain my Master’s degree in Human Resources Development; a field that integrates the sectors of psychology, systems design, sociology, management theory, organization development and education for the purpose of improving human and organizational performance. I am an experienced bilingual educator with insight into cultural nuances focused on developing and expanding employee potential to maximizes workforce and organizational effectiveness.
