The successful guidance and smooth operation of Les Schwab's productivity toolset is my current passion. As a manager of the Productivity Portfolio, it is my job to ensure that a perfect mix of tools and applications are available to support our end users in providing World Class Customer Service. This includes the installation and maintenance of Google's G Suite, along with a myriad of compatible technologies to create a unified infrastructure of integrated tools. From planning to approvals and implementation to maintenance, all aspects of the portfolio are within the scope of my responsibilities. The related disciplines of envisioning, security, documentation, training and branding are also included.

As Les Schwab has grown in size and complexity, so have its supporting technologies. My engagement has two components. First, is the creation of a standard documentation template for technology support plans and operations guides. Second, is applying the resulting template to various strategic systems as they are deployed. Producing each support plan involves the creation of a detailed RACI matrix and securing executive approval. Once complete, I discover, recommend, integrate and document the supporting processes with detailed descriptions. This often involved working with company executives, end users, consultants and third party vendors. The final step is to secure the acceptance of senior management and publish.

I work with both startups and established companies to provide process envisioning, financial analysis, strategic architecture and project guidance to realize organizational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This process takes them through the evaluation and documentation of their the financial and operational condition to help them understand their current position and trajectory. Experiences include helping young online retail organizations plan, prepare and present themselves to secure funding, document regulatory compliance and take advantage of growth opportunities.

As the North American Finance Process Excellence Manager it was my job to create and maintain the Direct to Consumer Project Portfolio for the Nike Finance, Strategy and Operations (FSO) group. This required me to provide Agile based business analysis and project management to Nike finance departments for online retail projects. As a result, I was the acting project manager for the integration of some key Nike brands onto the nike.com platform. I also acted in this capacity for the opening of a new digital warehouse.

I worked with individual companies and technology solution providers to adapt their processes for greater efficiency and for a more focused approach to meeting organizational objectives.I developed and authored a strategic delivery framework for solution providers designed to improve their technology adoption, sales and delivery process. This framework has been successfully used by many organizations. I also performed contractor relationship management, strategic planning, process development, project management and customer satisfaction enhancements for an international design company.Contracted as a Program Manager for a $4B international manufacturer of flooring components. The program was to align business partners / franchises with upscale store designs and improved business processes to increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include working with organizations to assess their information technology investments and then create strategic plans to leverage new solutions that minimize costs and meet corporate objectives. Managed a team of engineers to examine each networks technical aspects, while I strategized with executives, management and end users to tie advanced technology solutions to company goals and objectives.

During this time we were Platinum Partner with Citrix and I sat on the Partners Council which met bi-annually with Citrix CEO Mark Templeton and his key staff to represent the Value Added Resellers interest in Citrix operations and strategic planning.During this time I was also asked to participate with Microsoft in the creation of a new job description for virtualization architects within their organization.Director – Professional ServicesThis division was a separate business unit with its own P&L, budget and multi-million dollar revenue projection.
