- Work and resolve tickets using ConnectWise Manage, including troubleshooting Windowsservers and network devices, working with vendors for additional support (Cisco, Dell)
- Drive to different clients' offices to provide onsite support
- Perform server maintenance on different Windows 2008 - 2019 Server OS, experience working inActive Directory and Group Policy
- Manage users and systems in their individual Microsoft tenants (Microsoft Admin Center,Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Purview)
- Practice and implement security standards, including working with ShadowProtect backups,Proofpoint email filter, Trend Micro management console.
