I am responsible for everything running a business entails. From payroll management, team development, P&L analysis, hiring, training and motivating, to keeping a growth mindset when tackling new problems and challenges.

Coordinating the in store opening process from walking punch lists with general contractors before take over of the site to coordinating the fixtures, supplies, product deliveries as well as handling the technology and marketing elements to ensure a smooth opening. This involved communicating with many vendors as well as my head quarter partners, to being able to think quickly to navigate unforeseen project delays

As PC Market manager I managed a multi unit environment spanning 7 stores. My responsibilities entailed getting this new business from concept to running profitably. This included recruiting for very specialized skill sets, to managing the training, coaching and developing of this business. Being able to course correct and think out side of the box to create a new business strategy was critical to the success of this operation.
