Career in the health and fitness industry started off by working as towel staff in 1992 when I was 16 years old for a high-end health club in Stamford, CT called Sportsplex. Grew into a Front Desk staff role, then a Fitness Instructor, then during summers back from school was a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer up through 1999.Professional career continued and went on for most of my adult life by working for the Wellbridge Athletic Club from 2000 through 2020. Began at the Boston location as a Personal Trainer from 2000 to 2002, then became the Athletic Director starting in Fall of 2002. I transferred to the Wellbridge Athletic Club in Cambridge in the Spring of 2004 when the downtown location was sold. I then became the Athletic Director/Personal Training Manager at the Cambridge location in fall of 2004 through March of 2020 when the club closed.Formed Amplify Fitness LLC with two other partners in June of 2020.
