Working directly with high school and middle school students and their families, the Flex Facilitator creates and implements an academic and behavioral plan based on the individual needs, strengths and interests of students that are placed into the program on both a short and long-term basis. In addition to responsibilities within the daily classroom environment, the Facilitator also creates opportunities for students to participate in physical activities and engage with the local community outside of the classroom.
