Eric has more than 24 years of experience as a technical consultant and environmental engineer addressing air quality assessment and regulatory compliance. The majority of that experience has focused on industrial air permitting and compliance. He has prepared air permit applications for a wide range of industrial facilities, including power plants, forest products facilities, petroleum refineries, hot mix asphalt plants, cement manufacturing facilities, and coating operations, just to name a few. He also has experience developing industrial facility and regional air pollutant emission inventories, including historical and projected inventories, emission reduction assessments, and air dispersion modeling analyses.Specialties: Air quality permitting, new source review, prevention of significant deterioration permitting, emission inventory development (criteria pollutants, toxics, and greenhouse gases), regulatory applicability and compliance reviews, air dispersion modeling, and best available control technology (BACT) assessments.
