Lead CM program support for the Global Combat Support System Marine Corp (GCSS-MC) in support of service transition activities for the Marine Corps integrated logistics system capability. The program supports logistic services in areas of Maintenance, Supply, Service Request, Finance, and Administration through the use of Oracle’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. CM support responsibilities included change and configuration activities between the integrator and program office to transition rapidly changing services. Additional functions performed included coming up with innovative methods of automating CM process utilizing Microsoft’s SharePoint. A CM repository of structured data was established to create the required visibility to configuration documentation and configuration item information within the evolving baselines. In addition to the CM repository, an electronic Request for Change (RFC) form was created to document, track rout for approval, and status account from one baseline to the next.

This temporary position consulting for Serena Software on their tool suite for the Department of Education, Clearing House Credit Services and Customs and Border Patrol. Utilizing cloud technology, I helped to build business processes within Serena Business Manager (SBM), an Agile tool, for clients within the Department of Education and Credit Clearing House. Additional efforts included CM support to Customs and Border Patrol utilizing Serena Dimension Products and implementing Rapid Application Development (RAD) and Scrum methodology. A series of prototypes were developed and provided to the clients and then revised to meet additional requirement by the customer. Developers, Project Managers, and System Engineers were all active in the process.

Conducted all primary CM functions within the US Mint on a variety of projects assessed CMMI levels 3 to 5.
