Corporate Relations: Revamped policies and procedures to improve consistency with sponsors. Developed the Terriers’ first Corporate Partnership Package from scratch. Gained 25 + new sponsors. Sales of $308,000 year 1, $330,000 year 2. Managed 175+ contracts and conduct 300 + sponsorship meetings yearly.Game Day Production: Installed and programmed production equipment from scratch (4 Rogue Lights, CO2 Jets, Big Screen and Projector). Planned and installed private box seating in FarrellAgencies Arena. Planned and coordinated ALL game day activities, promotions and events based on summer sponsorship sales.Communications: Terriers went from 100th to 2nd most social media impact in the CJHL out of 133 teams. Started an Instagram account and the Terriers are now the most followed Junior A team in Canada on Instagram. Community initiatives, player, engagements and volunteer coordination (See Terriers social media for examples). Handled our team website, video features and hockeyrelated communications among other things.Miscellaneous: I took on various projects that weren’t necessarilyunder my job description.
