During my time at LinkedIn I was leading recruitment efforts in our Talent Solutions organization across the United States and Canada. I managed the full-life-cycle recruitment including initial sourcing through candidate offers. Impact XM is a global experiential marketing agency that produces trade show displays, meetings and events, digital engagements, and permanent installations for over 35 industries including pharma, technology, and consumer goods. My role included collaborating with hiring managers and the executive suite for the strategic hiring needs of Impact XM including sales, account management, project management, finance, experiential design, information technology, and executive level positions. In order to build a robust pipeline I sourced for qualified candidates through employee referrals, recruitment marketing, job boards, university career fairs, and LinkedIn networking. I directed the recruitment budget while successfully shortening the time to hire for qualified candidates. This led to a lower individual cost of hiring a new employee. I helped to oversee all aspects of new employee on-boarding including offer negotiations, alignment of departmental needs, and the company overview training. Another aspect of my role was counseling internal Impact XM employees in career advancement opportunities within the company. I was able to contribute to hires for all four United States offices, as well as our Toronto, Canada and United, Kingdom locations.

My responsibilities for hiring long-term teachers, substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrative positions for all grade levels. I pursued candidates through community engagement, university recruitment, and company sponsored career fairs. Other strategies included sourcing through Indeed, Career builder, LinkedIn, and university job boards. I advised applicants on career opportunities across the education industry and marketed our values and brand through social media platforms. Ultimately, I contributed towards 2,000 plus hires throughout the territory for the 2018 school year.
