-Worked in the RFID manufacturing department-Worked in clean room environment-Assisted Manufacturing Engineers with hands on troubleshooting of manufacturing machines and restoring manufacturing machinery to working order- Soldered new connection onto a flip microchip assembly machine-Disassembled parts from microchip placement machines for troubleshooting, testing and chemical cleaning processes-Was responsible for designing CAD models, assemblies, mechanical drawings, part selection and performed cost analysis of designs-Frequently used several pieces of measurement equipment such as a microscope, calipers, and operated a microchip shear force measurement machine-Performed weekly reliability testing and quality testing of new product-Investigated failures from failed samples and compiled observations, data, and pictures-Analyzed data from testing and presented data in weekly engineering meetings for review
