Manages training, land, ammunition and resources for 29 M1A2SEPv2 Abrams Main Battle Tank for an Armored Brigade Combat Team. Responsible for advising the Bn Commander on cababilities of all relevant weapons platforms foreign and domestic. Also responsible for devising new training stategies in order to create a more formidable and lethal fighting force. During range operations responsibilities include SDZ (Surface Danger Zone) verification, ammunition inspection and overall conduct of range operations. As a Battalion Master Gunner was directly responsible for creating multiple products using Excel and Powerpoint to aid classroom instruction on gunnery and tactical related skills for over 193 personnel. Created and briefed Operations Order (OPORD) before every Abrams gunnery live-fire and field training exercise.

Baumholder Germany

Company Master Gunner responsible for advising the company commander on all things related to gunnery. Certified and supervised training for 14 M1A1 SA Abrams tanks and their crews. During deployment to Afganistan Feb. 2011-Nov. 2011 was responsible for all weapons training. Received additional cross-training to become senior Non-Commisioned Officer for a dimounted mortar section.Site leader for joint U.S. Army/ Afghan checkpoint in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan.

Ft. Riley Kansas

Senior section sergeant for Abrams tank company. Was responsible for health and welfare of 7 Soldiers and their families. Lead company trainer for weapons qualifications and basic combat survival skills. Additional duties included Airlift load planner and Company Safety Manager.

Sioux Falls, South Dakota Area

Responsible for generating lead refinement lists and prequalifying applicants for enlistment into the U.S. Army. Self-motivated in finding new and innovative ways to tell the Army story to the greater community of Pierre, South Dakota and sorrounding areas. Due to excellent communication and inter-personal skills was able to impact the station and company's mission resulting in 112% mission success over the course of 4 years.
