2015 was a stellar year at Grande Lakes Orlando with over 40 projects and the highest Audio Visual revenue on over 1,300 PSAV in-house locations.I partner with our event customers and hotel partners at the JW Marriott & Ritz Carlton at Grande Lakes to record and produce professional video media. This includes on-site recording of presentations, product launches, interviews, and social events. We produce original sales media for PSAV & JW Marriott / Ritz-Carlton at Grande Lakes sales and special events teams. On-site production and editing allows us to work closely with our customers which offers a level of service and knowledge of the facility that is unmatched. Since January 2012, we have produced over 300 hours of ProRes 422 HD footage, equal to almost 23TB of storage. In 2013, we have begun creating original graphics for our new Video Mapping services, and produced corporate commercials for both Ritz Carlton "Ritz-Kids" program and the JW Marriott "Adventure Experience" services. 2013 saw an increase in event recording to over 475 hours including over 25 edited works. With the 2013 merger with PSAV, I've expanded our production services to at least 15 Orlando events. I've also had the pleasure to author and teach the first PSAV training program in the new Orlando Branch location. The program "Recording Standards" is designed to reinforce the PSAV S.O.P for video & audio recording, while expanding it to the new requirements of digital recording workflow.

Loews Royal Pacific, Portofino Bay Hotel, & Hard Rock Hotel At Universal Orlando

Leading our sales team at the Loews Royal Pacific, Portofino Bay Hotel, and Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Studios Orlando. With the Loews Hotels was a new strategic account with Swank Audio Visuals, and the Universal locations being the highest profile and revenue, I had the opportunity to create a strong partnership with our hotel executive managers and Universal sales teams. Our teamwork increased our participation in customer site-visits and proposal submission by at least 25% over the previous audio visual supplier, Southern Audio Visual. We scored a major team victory in capturing the annual Anheuser-Busch & Microsoft program for both 2010 & 2011. This resulted in meeting our 2010 sales goals and exceeding our 2011 goals by 11%. I believe that audio visual and production sales are a team activity. Discovering and meeting each clients individual needs are best met when team members contribute their special talents. In addition to my DOS duties, I also produce the "Loews Legend" videos from 2010 to present.

Buena Vista Palace Hotel At Downtown Disney World

Sharing the Audio Visual sales duties with Joe Crean, now Regional VP of Event Sales at PSAV, we brought the Buena Vista Palace revenue into the 10-top of Swank Audio Visuals hotels. Over the eight years, I developed a strong relationship with the hotel executive team and helped them develop an effective team selling format for customer site-visits. In addition to my sales duties and goals, I personally managed these site-visits for 8-years. The hotel and Swank Audio Visuals would often earn the customers business because we we're doing our presentations and tours in a way that was unique to our Orlando competition. This initial investment in our customers created a wave of consistent revenue and event capture growth for year to come.

I was again honored by Swank Audio Visuals to be the lead manager to represent the company at the Fairmont San Jose. Initially as the only Sales manager, I was able to expand my duties to both Sales and Technical Direction. Although a challenge to manage, it was a joy to wear both hats.
