My wife and I began On the House Realty and Lending in 2004 as a family owned and operated loan brokerage and real estate firm. We conduct retail loan originations and offer products ranging from purchase money loans to cash-out refinances. We represent both buyers and sellers in real estate transactions and have handled properties involving short sales, foreclosures, probate and estate owned properties as well as standard sales. I am responsible for all functions of the company, some of which involve selecting marketing materials, taking loan applications, loan processing, pre-underwriting, quality control, funding, holding open houses, negotiating with banks, communicating with buyers and sellers, etc.

AC Capital Group is dedicated to providing unparalleled service in the commercial property management industry. We provide day-to-day management for investors and landlords all over Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

My father and I own and operate Jamco Equities, Inc., a commercial property management firm headquartered in Long Beach. We provide professional full service property management for commercial properties ranging from office buildings to retail shopping centers and industrial buildings. Our services include rent collections, lease preparations, accounting & bookkeeping, security oversight, maintenance oversight, rent roll preparation, yearly cam reconciliations, tenant-landlord relations, service calls, marketing and listing of vacant units, leasing, etc. We have handled properties throughout the country.

I was responsible for my own personal production of Alt-A, Sub-Prime and Option ARM loans as well as hiring, training and managing a team of wholesale account executives.

I managed a team of up to 11 Account Executives. My team was consistently in the top 4 producing teams with Acoustic Home Loans. I dealt hands on with their loans and operations staff to get underwriting approvals, exceptions, fundings, etc. I also produced anywhere from $2 - $5 million per month in personal volume.

Received in-bound calls and also made out-bound calls to generate A paper and Sub-Prime 1st and 2nd mortgages. I dealt with the origination, approval and processing from beginning to end. As a direct lender, we funded all loans in-house on our own products.

Received in-bound calls, Lending Tree leads and also made out-bound calls to generate Sub-Prime 1st and 2nd mortgages. I originated loans and chose the best lender to send the file to. I dealt with the borrower through processing and funding. As a broker, I had to have a good rapport with my Account Executives and have a good knowledge of their general products to get the loans funded quickly and efficiently.

Financed Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac refinance and purchase loans. Structured loans based on the borrowers individual needs. Followed the loans through underwriting and processing to verify funding went smoothly.

Made out-bound calls to generate Sub-Prime 1st and 2nd mortgages. I dealt with the origination, approval and processing from beginning to end. Diamond Gate was a small broker shop where I learned to originate off of cold calls and also learned how to place files with the best possible lender.
