A life long food geek, I'm somebody who loves to try new things. I make mistakes and learn from them, I believe that to be one of my greatest strengths. A cohesive team environment is where I can contribute the most which has led me to a long tenure with my current employer. Seeing and helping well laid plans come to fruition is what drives me and fulfills me in my work. My recent step into the Executive Chef role has solidified my understanding of the business while reminding me that there's still so much to learn. I'm a respectful and compassionate leader. I don't seek to manage people, but rather develop their skills and guide them to a more enriched relationship with food and service. I believe humility is the best quality a chef can exhibit. It is what keeps us asking "How could that have been better?".
