Eric is an ASCM certified personal trainer with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Health Science from the College of Nursing and Health Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Eric Ayers Fitness offers Individual, partner, and small sessions focused on your Health and Fitness goals. Fully customizable programs are used to personalize the experience. Before this endeavor Eric has been training clients at the YMCA Charles River in Needham Massachusetts. While at the Y, Eric was a certified Group Power instructor and conducted a class for teenage students who attend Riverside Lifeskills School in Needham. Eric’s experience includes working with clients of all ages with wide range of metabolic and physical conditions while adapting programs to be safe, effective,efficient, and fun to help them exceed their goals.
