Sr. Technical Business Analyst | Product Owner
CurrentPartner with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvements through existing and new business applications while enabling our business partners to adapt to business and regulatory environment changes.Lead and work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements to enhance or implement technology that enables the execution of business strategies, stay concurrent with a specific scope of work, budget, and required resources, and achieve specified performance objectives. Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.Work with stakeholders and projects team to elicit, analyze, validate, and prioritize the business needs/requirements, and conduct interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods. Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.Participate in QA of a purchased solution to ensure features/functions have been enabled and optimized, along with participation in the selection of software solutions that the organization may opt to use. Translate conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers and project team members. Along with conducting peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted by developers, programmers, techs, architects, etc., business leaders, and project and program management in a non-enterprise and enterprise framework structure.
