I stepped into this new role at the onset of a global pandemic and was tasked with quickly changing focus to lead a team of front-line caregivers, while also providing stability for a team that adopted telehealth as a new format for providing patient care.I learned to balance the needs of many different entities that existed under the umbrella of one practice with a focus on (but not limited to) process building, problem-solving, team engagement, onboarding and offboarding, and meeting and exceeding budget goals.During my year with this awesome team, I prepared the Rutherford Crossing location for it's conversion to a Rural Health Care (RHC) clinic. A month after I left, I was happy to get the report that the team passed with no deficiencies! Congratulations!!

I was able to collaborate across many more skills.To drive success for the mission of the organization, I developed as a space designer to create a luxury experience for thrift-store shoppers. I offered marketing strategies that included engaging the public at community events, writing press releases, maintaining a social media presence, and partnering with other charitable and volunteer organizations. I also pulled-up my sleeves and reported directly to the shelter to provide animal care.

I became an advocate for diversity in a static environment. I developed transparent expectations and rewards for volunteers and guest staff. I executed a new strategy for fair casting that was blind to color and gender. I collaborated with the members to ensure that the theatre continued to represent and challenge the values of the community.
