In this role, I deliver operational support and strategic guidance to franchises across the country. My key responsibilities include managing our Learning Management System (LMS), tracking and organizing sales data, and developing financial models to forecast revenue. Additionally, I create detailed documents and presentations designed to educate and assist franchisees in optimizing their operations for maximum efficiency and profitability. These efforts provide vital insights that drive business growth.

In this role, I served food and beverages to patrons at DB's Tavern. In this fast-paced environment, I was often charged with taking care of ten-plus tables, all needing service at the same time. This experience has taught me to work well in stressful and fast-paced environments as well as the importance of hospitality.

As Sergeant at Arms, I preside over PI Kappa Alpha Tau Chapter’s Judicial Board which is charged with upholding chapter and international fraternity by-laws. In this role, I drafted and re-wrote the chapter by-laws with the assistance of the Judicial Board which was ratified by the Tau Chapter. As a member of the Executive Board, I provided advice and guidance to other leaders in the fraternity and acted as a liaison between the upperclassmen and the Executive Board.

In this role, I managed the daily operations of pools located at Brace Family YMCA and the Hemby Program Center. I oversaw the completion of trainings and certifications of lifeguards to ensure the fulfillment of safety guidelines. I executed solutions needed to solve issues regarding the facility and patrons through the use of analytical problem-solving skills. I was tasked with overseeing 60+ lifeguards 8 per shift, and 400 campers; up to 60 per group on a weekly basis for 40 hours a week.

For this student-made film, I communicated with business owners and officials to book locations to film and organized schedules for the cast and crew. In this role, I operated the daily management of shooting locations to ensure goals were met and to streamline the filming process
