Capital Soccer Club, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is Central Vermont’s most successful premier level soccer club with just over 300 players currently participating. As Director of Administration I am responsible for the day-to-day running of the entire program and work very closely with the club’s Board of Directors. As such, I perform the following duties: • Management of the club’s robust online registration system to which we manage the club• Maintain and update the club’s dynamic website• Management of all staff including maintaining personnel records, registering staff with affiliated organizations, and professional review and development.• Registering all players and teams with Vermont Soccer Association, Vermont Soccer League, and tournaments throughout New England and Northern New York• Manage week to week coordination of up to 20 youth and adult teams and 300 players for indoor and outdoor league play and practices• Manage the three new outdoor soccer fields that the club built in 2010, including working with our field maintenance crew to set up maintenance schedules and discuss strategies for maintaining the quality of the facilities• Manage all club social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram• Plan and oversee all aspects of the club’s international trips• Assist in the development of the yearly budget• Oversee all club communications• Maintain positive relations between the organization, our community, and local businesses

The Hilltop Restaurant is a family owned restaurant, located in Barre, Vt that ceased operations in December of 2014. As head chef I was responsible for managing the kitchen on a day-to-day basis while working closely with the owners to achieve their business goals. My roles at the restaurant included: • Oversee and manage all areas of the kitchen• Supervision of all kitchen staff including scheduling, training, and professional review and development.• Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices. • Work collaboratively with front room staff to coordinate timing of service to customers.• Checking and maintaining food supplies.

Montpelier High School is a public school located in Montpelier, Vt. As head Varsity coach at Montpelier I was responsible for managing and running the entire program. While at Montpelier High School my teams won 2 State Championships while recording a 129-40-14 record. During my time at Montpelier I was named VT Coach of the Year two times and was named Capital League Coach of the Year 4 times. My duties at MHS included:• Maintained knowledge of, and compliance with, all school and VPA rules and regulations• Designed and implemented a coaching curriculum for the program• Oversaw coaching by the Junior Varsity coach that included feedback and training.• Worked compatibly and cooperatively with the Athletic Directors and the school administration.
