Responsibilities include:- Product manager for BI reporting tool and related reporting activities- Create/maintain executive level HR dashboards and reports, both recurring and ad hoc.- Coordinate the requirement definition, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of an extensive Global BI reporting application to consolidate and standardize HR reporting across the entire company. This application is used to support executive HR management reporting needs.- Data Analytics/Reporting Subject Matter Expert assisting our HR business partners with change/process management relevant to HR Data collection/reporting, as well as providing guidance/assistance for custom reporting, and training/support for new/existing HR users.
