Additional responsibilities included; customer satisfaction, account profitability, operations management, monthly reporting, and overall employee management.New Account Start-up and Results Oriented Leader: As a Service Delivery Manager for Computer Aid, Inc., I had P&L responsibility for a $4 million support agreement at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals that included the management of a seventy-person team. I directed the execution of this new account support agreement at Wyeth, while I increased annual services revenue by $3.25 million in one year, provided a 23% cost savings to the customer. In addition I increased account profitability in 2004 by 57%.Operations Management: As a Service Delivery Manager for Computer Aid, Inc., I managed a Help Desk support team at Dade Behring, which was rated by the Gartner group as the best operationally of all of Dade Behring’s nationwide Help Desk centers. This led to Dade Behring’s decision to consolidate all their Help Desk’s into a single location. I played a key role in providing project management experience for the nationwide Help Desk consolidation.Turnaround Management: As a Service Delivery Manager for Computer Aid, Inc., I implemented a new operation support methodology at the DuPont Experimental Station, which increased associate productivity by 75%. This led to an increase of account profitability by 60%, while we maintained a customer satisfaction rating of 4.9 out of 5.0.
