Around the office I'm known as "the IT guy" but I also wear many other hats. I do research and development; telephony-based troubleshooting and maintenance; e-mail design, marketing, and deployment; organic search engine optimization; and database management.I have strong business and interpersonal communication skills and am often sought to write or review verbiage in various contexts. My two strongest day-to-day working characteristics are critical thinking and problem solving. A large portion of my experience and knowledge in the IT field has been learning by being thrown into the fire and it has served me well.I'm equally happy with being a team player or a lone gunman when duty calls for either and can adapt to most any situation or circumstance.
