• Leading Fortive APAC Corporate procurement team to establish and execute Fortive sourcing and supply base strategy in the region. Focusing on commodity management, supply base management and cost management, the Corporate Procurement team is managing regional supply base for $300M+ direct material spending, plus another $115M indirect and logistic spending, yielding year over year 5% cost reduction in all three categories. • Leading procurement related working capital improvement activities at OpCo site to drive better financial performance in terms of free cash flow, major processes are AP (account payable) lifting workshop, DPO analyzer, Inventory Reduction, etc.• Supply base risk assessment and mitigation for both individual supplier and particular region/countries. Key supplier performance management and development are also included.• Commodity market intelligence, monitoring commodity price fluctuation caused by supply-demand dynamics and other macro-economic / financial situation. Provide material (mainly focusing on metal and oil related products) cost trend and analysis to guide logical saving or cost voidance activities from each factory.• Develop agile procurement professionals to support company long term strategy, implement procurement business intelligence to enable team with smart analytic and processing tools. build up procurement talent bench to support employee personal development, as well as Corporate and OpCos organization healthy and maturity. • Direct report team members are covering variety of procurement function, including global commodity leaders for both direct and indirect commodities; regional logistic leader, supplier quality and development manager, business intelligence expert; with diversified but rich experiencing background. Team members average tenure at Fortive over 10 years.

• Besides commodity sourcing team, also take charge of Fluke China Supplier Quality Engineering and Component Engineering team, to provide integrated front-end supply chain support and management to Fluke China/Global needs on LCR material supply.• Responsible for Fluke Asia supply chain management, including supply base rationalization and optimization; commodity and supply chain strategy define and implementation; supply chain risk management and mitigation; new acquisition integration; supply base development to support Fluke Asia expansion; Preferred/Qualified supplier development.• Major KPI ownership includes material cost productivity (PPV and VAVE), supply base rationalization, supplier relationship management, supplier quality improvement, components evaluation and BOM analysis.
