• Responsible for the accuracy of over 400 digital floor plans, ensuring that the furniture layout reflects current as-is conditions, including the co-ordination of updates provided to ensure they fell within monthly cycles.• Creating monthly reports for the end user detailing their space allocation across their entire portfolio, including their occupancy cost allocation as tied back to their financial allocations.• Liaising with clients to create various one-time analytical reports, including stacking plans, square footage calculations, and pivot tables.
