My practice is focused on civil litigation in all Federal and State courts in Oklahoma. I represent local, regional, national, and multi-national clients in all litigation and alternative dispute resolution settings. I have also represented individual and organizational clients before several regulatory and administrative agencies. Our firm regularly conducts continuing education seminars, and provides ongoing litigation avoidance strategies for clients. Prior to starting my current firm, I was a Partner in two Tulsa defense firms. My career began 30 years ago with a defense firm in Oklahoma City. I am AV (Preeminent) rated by my peers through Martindale-Hubbell, and I am an Associate in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
