The initiative addresses various aspects of responsible AI, including governance, regulations, industry-specific frameworks, principles, best practices, and cutting-edge tools and solutions.

With a diverse and dynamic background in both entrepreneurship and broadcast TV, I have had the distinct privilege of growing an innovative company from the ground up, as well as producing and directing an extensive array of broadcast productions. As a Founder and Executive of my own enterprise, I've successfully navigated the challenging path from startup to established entity.In the realm of broadcasting, my expertise ranges from producing large-scale events and directing award winning coverage, to crafting thought-provoking documentaries and managing network series. Throughout my career, I've worked meticulously to ensure that every production I'm involved in resonates deeply with its intended audience, delivering the highest quality content that both entertains and educates.Embracing a leadership style that encourages collaboration and creativity, I have built a high-performing teams capable of executing ambitious visions. I push the boundaries of what's possible in both the business and creative realms, committed to creating meaningful experiences that captivate and inspire.

With an 18-year stint at World Triathlon Corp (Ironman Triathlon), my journey began in 2000 as an Associate Producer. I handled all production needs and the delivery of ESPN programming, including the annual NBC special. Over time, my responsibilities expanded significantly, leading me to become the Lead Producer for the Ironman Championship Qualifying Series. I worked closely with Ironman's esteemed sponsors, overseeing & creating brand integrations, commercials, and other marketing initiatives.In 2012, I assumed responsibility for Ironman's entire media domain, which included hosting archives and supporting international media outlets, sponsors, and events. My team and I embarked on a groundbreaking journey, producing live and documentary programs that pushed the boundaries of excellence. Our work was consistently recognized year after year, a testament to our dedication and innovation.In my last year as Executive Producer, I had the distinct honor of winning the coveted "Best Edited Special" Emmy award. In total, I had the privilege of producing over 90 U.S. and international qualifying events, including the iconic series "Quest for Kona," and 17 Ironman World Championships, serving as the Executive Producer for seven of them and receiving five Emmy awards in recognition of our outstanding work.My unwavering commitment to the world of triathlon media production has not only fueled my career but has also allowed me to be part of a community that embodies determination, perseverance, and the relentless pursuit of excellence.

Proudly served as a C130 aircraft loadmaster following high school. Intended to continue my education and achieve my commission with the dream of becoming a pilot, but an injury derailed that track ending this opportunity.
