Responsible for the overall store management at the college's campus bookstore. Executed and provided leadership and oversight for all facets of bookstore operations including: hiring, training, supervising, developing and motivating of team members; preparing and executing store operating plans; establishing and enhancing strong campus relations; guiding course materials activities and maintaining a high-level of customer service throughout the store.

Responsible for formulating and executing all recruitment strategies for the University. Additionally, I was responsible for the development of all marketing materials for recruitment of prospective students. In my capacity as Director of High School and Community Relations, I also managed the University’s recruiting staff, where I was responsible for developing recruiting plans and schedules for the staff. The program development also included activities to engage community members, including community organizations and community agencies, in sustainable partnerships with the University. In 2011, under my recruiting leadership, the University had its largest enrollment since its inception in 1909 as Pan-Handle Agricultural Institute.

As Director of Development I was responsible for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors to the University, as well as coordinating the University's annual fund solicitations and grant submissions. I worked closely with the appropriate staff to develop fundraising priorities as well as create and implement a development plan. Worked in tandem with alumni relations, and provided leadership in all aspects of development including grant writing as necessary.

Responsible for the comprehensive administration of the bank’s Personal Trust accounts. In addition, I was responsible for assisting in business development for trusts, estates, IRAs, personal and other investment accounts. I was the primary contact for assigned accounts and for all matters related to those accounts. Prepared documents for opening trust accounts, including account agreements, transfer documents, beneficiary designations, investment objectives, notices, authorizations, and related documents. I was also responsible for managing disbursement requests including obtaining disbursement information, preparing disbursement forms, and recommending approval or denying distributions for fiduciary accounts.
