Provided Tier-1 and Tier-2 maintenance of a 25 vessel fleet, drastically improving asset values (resale) and member appreciation. Drove increased adoption of Fleet GPS tracking solution (Siren) and evaluated Asset Maintenance Apps.

Developed OEM business for Leading-Edge, multi-axis machine controls, servo motors, drives and operator interfaces. Solutions included systems integration services from functional specification to installation. Developed high tech distribution channel. Provided 1st tier Applications Engineering support in this motion control field targeting leading edge applications. This firm was sold to Moog Aerospace in October 2008.

Reporting to the President: Launched a line of 3-axis CNC Routers used in the plastics industry. Managed technical product development of specialized 3-axis machine controls integrated with AutoCAD. Hired & managed direct sales team in the USA & Canada. Established distribution across North America & Europe. Developed $3.1M in new business. Directed efforts to migrate exclusive US distribution rights to Koh-I-Noor Rapidograph, Aristo Graphics Div., Phillipsburg, NJ.

Trained in Japan by Shoda Machinery Works to install, commission & service 3-axis CNC Routers with Fanuc-0M controls. Integrated optimizations software for improved production yield. Provided sales, training and installation services across the USA. Developed Hendrick's largest, national account for total sales of $1.3M.

Pioneered Vibco's 1st remote factory. Responsible for all aspects of creating this Canadian operation including establishment of channels to market, facilities, production, books, import/export and employee management. Grew business from scratch to over $1M. Vibco Canada remains a successful, $3M operation today.
