This included ideation, algorithm analysis, design, execution, marketing, and release management.- Directed all program management of the project including project definition, planning, specification, ongoing design, and team execution to create an app that had over 3.5 million downloads in under 9 weeks (2 million coming in the first 11 days)- Applied scenario-driven design principles and conducted usability research to make a complex feature set accessible to consumer users resulting in an average App Store rating of 4.72 out of 5 stars with over 2,000 reviews- Owned marketing strategy and execution in a launch that included being named Gizmodo’s “App of the Day” and called “Crazy Amazing” by David Pogue in the New York Times- Evolved app design version-over-version based on user feedback and metrics to achieve a 4x gain in core scenarios while maintaining high user satisfaction
