Overall responsibility to ensure that the Bank regained back a Full Banking License, S.P. Hinduja Banque Privée a large Swiss Bank needed a new banking licence. Due to heavy loss in three trading finance deals in 2017, the Swiss regulator has restricted the ability of that bank to welcome certain “High net worth customers” UHNWI. This restriction limited the Private banks activity, banning the Bank to welcome some new wealthy clients.Designed and implemented a solution that focused on delivering reporting governance and stability, starting at the end of the year 2018 to ensure that the bank could become fully compliant, allowing for the access to new high net worth individuals. Resulting in the Private banking Net Banking Income/Revenue increasing by 12% or 1.2 m in 2020 and that FINMA has delivered a full unrestricted bank license in December 2019.

Mt Pelerin is a Fintech that wanted to transform to become a Bank, the company needed to be registered as a bank in Switzerland. The challenge that the company faced in its star- up phase was to raise capital and funds. Mt Pelerin had no stable funding and needed a minimum of 2m to equip the bank with adapted marketplaces automated processes.Working with the key stakeholders of the company, helped Mt Pelerin to become a registered bank in Switzerland by forecasting profitability and providing commentary and insights into previous financial statements, allowing for a decision to be made. Responsible for creating a forecast and risk solution that enabled the company to forecast profitability of the bank's future activities enabling these to be detailed and acted enabling the ICO decision. This resulted in delivering a board presentations, and new relationships being built, raising CHF 2.2 m in November/December 2018 for the bank.

Chief Financial Officer of Socgen Investment Banking in Italy and head of two banks: Société Générale Securities Services Spa located in Milan and Torino and Italy Socgen Branch, together with the responsibility of a powerful trading room headquartered in Milan. Successfully held the responsibility of organising and managing the corporate finance for, Socgen, which financed the Lila underground line in Lombardy and the Venice motorway roadblock in Italy. The trading room includes MIB basket trading, FOREX and Interest swap activities. As the CFO, I was a member of the SGSS Spa Executive Committee. A key achievement in this role was the enlargement of the custodian pension funds offer and the management of the Pioneer funds now held by Amundi.

Responsible of the ALM (2, 1 G€), of all tax transactions, of the forecasting process, of the controlling department, I was in charge of the consolidation process. Manage the level 2 of the finance process for the 3 branches of SGBT (Singapore, Hong-Kong and Dubai) and for a dozen of subsidiaries including two Banks located in Switzerland and Monaco. I have participated as a financial expert to numerous data rooms or Private Banks acquisitions in Switzerland (Compagnie Bancaire de Genève) and in Belgium (Bank de Martelaere).

Luxembourg

As head of a project of finance unification, I have contributed to the creation of a Bank in Monaco and played a key role in the acquisition of Rüegg Bank in Switzerland. I have written the acquisition convention of the private banking customers of the Swiss branch by this new entity.
