This restriction limited the Private banks activity, banning the Bank to welcome some new wealthy clients.Designed and implemented a solution that focused on delivering reporting governance and stability, starting at the end of the year 2018 to ensure that the bank could become fully compliant, allowing for the access to new high net worth individuals. Resulting in the Private banking Net Banking Income/Revenue increasing by 12% or 1.2 m in 2020 and that FINMA has delivered a full unrestricted bank license in December 2019.

Mt Pelerin had no stable funding and needed a minimum of 2m to equip the bank with adapted marketplaces automated processes.Working with the key stakeholders of the company, helped Mt Pelerin to become a registered bank in Switzerland by forecasting profitability and providing commentary and insights into previous financial statements, allowing for a decision to be made. Responsible for creating a forecast and risk solution that enabled the company to forecast profitability of the bank's future activities enabling these to be detailed and acted enabling the ICO decision. This resulted in delivering a board presentations, and new relationships being built, raising CHF 2.2 m in November/December 2018 for the bank.
