- I complete accurate first and second mortgage loan applications either in person, over the telephone or via the on-line application portal, should the member require assistance. I obtain relevant financial information.
- I ensure the accuracy of disclosures and provide them to each member within specified regulatory compliance time frames. I examine and analyze supporting documentation and seek out missing or clarify questionable.
