Op Iselinge Hogeschool Doetinchem werkzaam geweest als voorzitter van de taalsectie, verantwoordelijke voor de curriculumontwikkeling, ontwikkelaar van een nieuwe opleidingsvariant (academische pabo) en voorzitter van het onderzoeksbureau.
