With education degrees from St. Lawrence University, LeMoyne College, and SUNY Cortland, I am a qualified and certified special education teacher at Syracuse Academy of Science Charter School. I am passionate about helping students with diverse learning needs and abilities achieve their academic and personal goals, and I collaborate with parents and other professionals to provide the best support and services possible.In my current role, I develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for my students, using data-driven and evidence-based practices to monitor and evaluate their progress and outcomes. I also design specifically designed curricula that are aligned with the state standards and the students' goals and interests. I manage student behavior and foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement. I am skilled in project management, project planning, and progress monitoring, and I am committed to continuous learning and professional development.
