About Eric Black

I am a entrepreneur, business strategist and HR Recruiter for one of the growing call centers in the Rockford area. I recently turned my passion of helping people change their life into a career. That is what I love about recruiting because everything that I have done in my life (8 years in automotive sales, admission advisor for online school, supervisor, manager, admin assistant) has prepared me for this position. I love seeing someone I hire flourish into a leader. I love my job but that is only half of the part of the equation. I also own and operate a company called Mirror Motivation Media, which is a self-help company that specializes in changing the way people think, one mirror at a time. The website will be coming but we are currently have a blog that has been viewed in 80 countries so far since we started in April 2013.
