Work with clinical and administrative leaders to set direction and goals for process improvement efforts, coordinate all related Lean, Six Sigma, Change Acceleration Process (CAP) and Work-OutTM projects and communicate results and lessons learned. Accelerate the Oregon Region vision of a Connected Experience of Care, connecting clinical, support and back-office processes, systems and teams. Train and mentor Black Belts and Green Belts across the Oregon region. Challenge conventional wisdom by demonstrating successful strategies.

Manage global teams including outside vendors, to design, develop and commercialize fixed camera products for the CCTV market. Own technical product performance, global development budget and cross-functional resource allocation.
