I have over 20 years experience in firearm training. I understand the fear that officers have when faced with an emergency situation that requires them to upholster their firearm. Its hard to tell the good guys from the bad guys especially, when the officers are off duty in civilian clothes and are working plainclothes detail. My goal is to change the way law enforcement officers identify themselves in an emergency situation, in an effort to save lives, by preventing friendly fire from happening. Our flagship product The Handgun Identification Light is designed to prevent friendly fire from happening. Once the officer upholsters their firearm automatically and immediately red and blue LED Lights will begin flashing,on all three sides of the firearm,similar to police emergency vehicle lights.This allows the officer to remain focused on the situation and be safe from friendly fire.This capability is especially important to off-duty officers and all other non-uniform personnel .
