BoltzStrong.org builds independence and community for those living with disability and their loved ones through our programs in cooking in our adaptive kitchan and gardening/farming on the accessible farm. As the Farm Guide I foster a safe learning environment where guests are free from stigma or judgement of others over their or their child's disabilty or behavior. Founded on respect and kindness, our programs welcome those with any disability, seen or not, and are based on learning new skills and overcoming limitations through creative problem-solving and teamwork. As we learn and cook, we share our stories and cap it all off by breaking bread and sharing the meal we've cooked. Lead a turnaround in this struggling company by cutting inventory levels to one-quarter of original level over two years generating cash to finance expanded sales and product development efforts. Reverted name from "Marathon Sensors" back to original company name of "Marathon Monitors" after buying the company from its holding company parent.

Hired to rejuvenate product line in a struggling company. Was asked, after six months, by the parent company to take over running the company.

Developed methods for characterizing the behavior of sensors used in non-destructive evaluation (NDE) using laser interferometry. Developed highly sensitive ultrasonic and acoustic sensors for various applications. Developed, in tandem with NIST mathematicians, and confirmed a 3D wavelet representation for elastodynamic anisotropy in thick plates.

Research focused on nondestructive evaluation of anisotropic materials such as composites. Performed extensive nondestructive and destructive testing on composite materials as part of the US Navy's "thick composites"​ program. Installed, maintained and operated an ultrasonic inspection system (c-scan) for JHU's Center for Nondestructive Evaluation (CNDE).
