As a Project Engineer I perform small project estimates and project management. Assist senior estimators in preparing project estimates for multi-million dollar projects. Provide subcontractor coordination, scheduling, document control and contract administration for all projects. Work directly clients and architects provide constructability review and coordination to construct all aspects of a project to the client and architect's design intent.As the Sustainability Manager I provide analysis of sustainable design and construction attributes for current and upcoming projects as well as owner/developer RFP's, for projects pursuing sustainable design or LEED certification. I develop, coordinate and/or price LEED scorecards for owners, architects and designers interested in pursuing LEED certification. Provide educational presentations to architects, developers and real estate agents and brokers on the costs and implications of achieving LEED certification on private and state leased buildings.
