The primary coach for kids age 8 - 13. I help kids reach their full swimming potential, through a positive coaching environment. Encourage camaraderie, sportsmanship, and work ethic, both in and out of the pool. Provide swim lessons to all ages, and all abilities, including those with near drowning experiences, and those who are neurodiverse.

• Solved WordPress issues, such as integrating gym point-of-sale widgets, implemented SEO best practices, and properHTML accessibility. Configured and maintained LAN, WLAN, and VLAN.• Managed retail department: Budget, ordering, and staff training. Developed sales goals for membership, oversightcustomer billing and relations, and planned, scheduled, and executed events.
