VMI Care has reinvented the entire concept of multi-dose pouch packaging, and after more than 8 years our new generation pouch packaging machine, the INDIVION, is ready!
INDIVION has a very high capacity, producing up to 10,000 pouches per hour. Utilizing our unique design, limiting the drop height to 8”, the VMI INDIVION has an average dispensing accuracy better than 99.97% which is about 3 times more accurate than common pouch packaging machines in the market, while at the same time minimizing the risks of cross-contamination.
Our design, which incorporates over 1,000 canisters at a time, deviates from the old standard of vertically positioned canisters. Basically this dated design is very common, but problematic, as it has resulted in some unsolvable pitfalls:
• Too much cross contamination building up on several spots in the machine
• Tablets can get damaged due to the dropping distance
• Tablets may also bounce up after their drop and up in the wrong pouch
• Dropping distance results in time loss
• Every time a canister or tray needs to be refilled, the machine stops
